We don’t carry out conveyancing or any other transactional service. A menu of our services appears on our website, but they include the whole range of landlord and tenant work, development issues, commons law issues such as trespass and nuisance, and property related professional negligence claims against solicitors and other property professionals.
We’d be delighted to meet other members of the Association, and following a path well-trodden by others we are pleased to invite members to meet to discuss any issues of concern that fall within our area of expertise, or perhaps for a high-level second opinion. This can be done at your premises, our offices, or at the telephone. There is no charge for these meetings.
