Tickets to be part of the live audience for filming of the 2026 CHRISTMAS LECTURES® from the Royal Institution go on sale next Saturday, 17 October! Tickets are available exclusively to Ri Members, Young Members and Patrons as a thank you for their support during the year, while places in the Theatre are reserved for 11-17 year olds.
Join us as an Ri Member or Ri Patron today and the young scientist(s) in your life could be among the first to see Professor Jim Al-Khalili reveal the mysteries of time, before his 2026 Lectures are broadcast on the BBC in late December. And as Mayfair and St James’s Association Members receive 25% off adult Ri Membership, there’s never been a better time!
The 2026 CHRISTMAS LECTURES will be filmed in the Ri Theatre on Tuesday 8, Thursday 10 and Saturday 12 December.
