- Customers must create an account in store using either their work email address or work address.
- Customers must provide proof that they work in St James’s, such as a business card, work email or lanyard.
- Once verified, customers can receive 10% off Berry Bros. & Rudd Own Range wines and spirits.
- To use the discount, customers simply need to confirm that they live or work in St James’s and wish to use the Neighbours Discount. The shop team can then verify their details and apply the discount.
- The discount is manually applied by the shop team at the point of purchase, so it will not automatically apply to online orders. However, it can be applied to orders placed for delivery through the London Shop.
- Customers may only have one account each. Accounts cannot be used under different names or shared across multiple employees of the same business.
