This month’s speaker is Mike Holmes.
Mike Holmes is a senior AI transformation leader with more than 15 years’ experience delivering technology, product and regulatory change programmes across the financial services sector. In his current role at Citi, he leads the strategic evolution and adoption of artificial intelligence, helping embed AI across core business functions and reshape the way teams operate.
His expertise spans Generative AI, large language models, machine learning operations and responsible AI, with a particular focus on translating emerging technologies into practical business outcomes. He has led the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI strategies, redesigning workflows, operating models and decision-making processes to unlock efficiency, innovation and growth.
Throughout his career, Mike has built and led high-performing multidisciplinary teams, delivering complex technology initiatives at scale and creating measurable commercial value. He is passionate about helping organisations harness the full potential of AI, from the development of intelligent products and platforms to reimagining how people and technology work together in an AI-enabled future.
