Wednesday 4th November
Speaker: Christopher Duggan
Christopher has spent a career spanning two decades at the coalface of UK housing, working across capital markets and principal investing. He is currently Chief Investment Officer of a housing investment business.
Over that time, Christopher has worked alongside domestic and international investors as well as public bodies, and has had a front-row seat as the sector has transformed: from the growth of private renting and the arrival of institutional capital, to shifts in planning policy and how new homes get funded and built.
Expect a candid conversation about how Britain’s housing market has evolved, where it stands today, and the forces shaping it over the next decade, from prices and planning to who owns the homes we rent.
