Dukes Hotel.
Last week Dukes Hotel very generously hosted the Meet the Chair event. Whilst the main hotel is currently closed for significant refurbishment works, which we are all excited to see the finished product of, members were treated to a delightful evening in the Delany Drawing Room which adjoins a wonderful outdoor area leading through to the Cigar Merchant. Dusko Babic (Dukes’ Director of Operations) gave a wonderful and heartfelt speech about the history of Dukes and its plans for the future. Dusko and his excellent team ensured that all our members were supplied with sublime cocktails, wine and exquisite canapes. We know that the Chair has already sorted out the ingredients of the Jet Plane!
This event was very much enjoyed by all and some new and valuable connections were made.
We are extremely grateful to the Dukes Hotel for their generous hospitality and very much look forward to the re-opening of the hotel.
