We are excited to announce the first exciting collaboration for 2024with Daren Liew, the award-winning Cantonese and Asian culinary maestro, to mark the Chinese New Year.
Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a bespoke, hand-crafted set menu by Daren Liew, available from 5th to 14th February 2024.
With a legacy of over 25 years honing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens such as Hakkasan, Head Chef Liew now brings his culinary vision from the distinguished, Blue Jasmine Food to ROSL. Drawing inspiration from his rich heritage and Southeast Asian influences, Daren artfully combines local Hampshire ingredients, marrying tradition with innovation. His culinary narrative, rooted in his father’s family restaurant in Malaysia, is evident in his imaginative and impeccably crafted dishes and signature sauces, a testament to his stature as a Chef ambassador for Lee Kum Kee, a renowned Asian hospitality company.
