For over two hundred years, the Oriental Club has been home to Members with an affinity and affection for the East, and also for those who appreciate a convivial, relaxed approach in a refined environment. The Club welcomes a diverse mix of Members from West to East and North to South.
The Oriental Club, it’s a little bit different.
‘In the nineteenth century, the Club’s then Chef – Richard Terry, wrote one of Britain’s first Indian Cookery Books entitled Indian Cookery, and this continues to influence the menus of the Club today. Many of our Members have lived in the East or often travel to Asia and are well versed in authentic cuisine.’
