October arrives with an opulent affair as we welcome back the House of Gardet with Davy’s Wine Merchants for an evening where champagne, music and gastronomy entwine. The Regency String Quartet opens the night with Ravel’s String Quartet in F Major, accompanied by the first glass of Gardet. A sumptuous dinner follows, each course harmonising with the maison’s signature cuvées, from crisp, lively expressions paired with seasonal game to more delicate styles complemented by autumn fruits and spices.
