What is your business speciality/USP?
We take a highly personal and detail-led approach to surveying and property consultancy, combining technical expertise with clear communication and a proactive service. We genuinely enjoy working closely with our clients to deliver positive outcomes, which is why we deliberately take on fewer instructions than the average practice.
What might we be surprised to learn about what else you do?
Because of our broad experience across the industry, our work goes beyond traditional surveying and also includes property asset management. We also enjoy supporting young professionals outside our business on their journey towards becoming qualified RICS Chartered Surveyors.
What have been your business highlights this year and/or historical business achievements?
One of our biggest highlights is hearing how valuable clients have found our advice and support throughout their projects – it really makes us happy. Professionally, we have also had the opportunity to be involved at a technical level with some of central London’s most prestigious residential properties.
What are your upcoming events/occasions/projects?
We are currently expanding the business to better support our clients, particularly through the continued development of our project management offering, and our property asset management offering for private clients and family offices

The majority of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which reflects the relationship-led nature of our practice
What do you do love most about the area of Mayfair & St James’s ?
I feel inspired every time I visit the area. The balance between architecture, business, culture and history creates a unique atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere in London.
What do you find most useful about your MSJA membership?
I’m looking forward to meeting other businesses and professionals in the area, and building long-term relationships within the local community.
